Job Title: Real Estate Development Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to oversee and drive large-scale property development projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and proven leadership in managing complex developments across the Middle East or Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development cycle, including feasibility studies, design management, construction oversight, project delivery and sales management.
• Prepare and review detailed financial models to assess project viability and ensure returns align with company strategy.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments on time and within budget.
• Oversee planning, permitting, and regulatory approvals.
• Provide strategic input on market analysis, land acquisition, and investment opportunities.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10 -12 years of relevant real estate development experience, preferably in the Middle East or Africa.
• Strong track record in project management and financial modelling.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
