B.Tech Civil Engineering/Architecture/Quantity surveyors.

Must have specific and general knowledge on Expertise in negotiation, site selection, construction, real estate contract law,Understanding boundary and topographic surveys(building plans). 

Must be physically fit.

Must be highly analytical with good business talent

Must have at least 3 years working experience in Estate Development
