Job Description - Receptionist

Welcoming Clients solving their problems.
Handling bookings, and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
Knowledge of CRM Software

OND is required

A female is preferable for this role.

You must be friendly, sociable and understand CRM software

Must reside around Victoria Island or Ikoyi
