Our client is a leading agro -processing and branded rice distribution business with nationwide operations spanning procurement, processing, and distribution.
Reporting to the Business Head, the Regional Sales Head will lead national sales operations and drive top -line growth across all distribution channels. The role requires strategic leadership in sales, marketing, logistics coordination, and P&L management to expand market share, strengthen brand positioning, and support new product development initiatives.
This is a high -impact leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, hands -on execution, and the ability to manage cross -functional teams across multiple regions.
Lead and oversee sales operations across all states and distribution formats.
Drive revenue growth and increase market share for branded rice products.
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand regional footprint.
Collaborate with plant operations and logistics teams to ensure effective demand forecasting and zero stock -outs.
Strengthen route -to -market strategies and optimize channel distribution.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to increase brand awareness in low -penetration regions.
Manage promotional campaigns, marketing activations, conferences, and exhibitions.
Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and distributors.
Oversee logistics coordination for customer deliveries, including distributor and third -party logistics management.
Lead, mentor, and develop sales representatives and merchandisers.
Work closely with marketing agencies and internal teams on brand -building initiatives, including BTL activities and social media promotions.
Ensure effective P&L oversight and cross -functional alignment across sales, marketing, and operations.
