Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, highly articulate, and commercially minded Relationship
Associate to support our growing base of High-Net-Worth (HNI) clients. In this
entry-level role, you will act as a dedicated customer success advocate and growth
partner. You will guide HNIs through their onboarding journey, resolve their platform
needs with white-glove care, and build the deep trust required to identify upselling
opportunities and drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).
If you are a natural relationship-builder who loves the financial markets and wants to
learn how to manage and sell to premium clients, this is the perfect place to start your
career.
Key Responsibilities
â White-Glove Customer Success: Act as the dedicated, day-to-day point of
contact for HNI clients. Answer questions, resolve operational issues, and ensure
a seamless, premium platform experience.
â Premium Onboarding: Personally guide new high-value clients through the
registration, documentation (KYC), and first-time deposit processes with high
attention to detail.
â Relationship-Led Sales: Proactively engage existing clients to check on their
experience and introduce them to new or higher-value investment products to
help grow our AUM.
â Portfolio & Market Tracking: Learn to interpret market updates and
portfolio performance reports so you can confidently discuss them with clients.
â CRM & Account Management: Keep meticulous records of client profiles,
preferences, and feedback in our CRM to help the sales team personalize future
pitches.
â Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior relationship managers, asset
management, and compliance teams to resolve complex client requests quickly.
Qualifications & Experience
â Experience: 0–2 years of experience in high-touch customer success, premium
customer support, telesales, or client-facing roles (experience in a fintech, bank,
or investment firm is a plus).
â Communication Powerhouse: Flawless written and verbal communication
skills. You must be poised, professional, and comfortable interacting with affluent
clients.
â Interest in Capital Markets: A strong curiosity or basic understanding of how
the stock market, mutual funds, and dollar investments work (we will train you,
but you must be eager to learn fast).
â High Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional listening skills, empathy, and the
ability to build trust quickly over the phone or email.
â Organizational Discipline: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of
managing a list of premium accounts without letting details slip.
â Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
Communications, or a related field.
Core Competencies
â The "Customer-First" Sales Mindset: You believe that giving great service is
the best way to drive natural sales and loyalty.
â Impeccable Integrity: Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling
sensitive client financial information.
â Coachability: A fast learner who takes feedback well and is eager to grow into a
full relationship management role.
