Job description:

A fast-growing fintech company in Ikeja is looking for smart, energetic, and result-driven Relationship Manager to join its sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition by onboarding individuals and businesses for Current & Savings Accounts while also promoting the company’s loan products and financial services.

Tasks

• Source and onboard new customers for Current & Savings Accounts
• Promote and sell the company’s loan and financial products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets
• Generate leads through field marketing and networking
• Submit weekly sales and performance reports
• Educate customers on available financial solutions and services

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND qualification
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous sales/marketing experience is an added advantage
• Must have worked previously with a fintech or must have sold loan or CASA previously
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
