Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify and onboard new HNI and institutional clients to grow the firm's total Assets Under Management (AUM).
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service, trust, and retention.
Financial Advisory: Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for clients and recommend suitable Regius Assets products (e.g., Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Private Equity) that align with their risk profiles and investment goals.
Market Insight: Stay updated on local and global financial market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to provide informed advice to clients.
Cross -Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products and services to existing clients to deepen the relationship.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, prepare periodic portfolio performance reports, and ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) and onboarding documentation is up to date and compliant.
Brand Representation: Represent Regius Assets at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance the firm's market presence.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking within the financial services sector.
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of HNI clients and meeting sales/AUM targets.
Knowledge & Skills
Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of investment vehicles, capital markets, and wealth management principles.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to influence and close deals with sophisticated investors.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to manage client pipelines and interactions.
