Relationship Officer

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of vehicles, ensuring timely repayment of rental and lease obligations.

• Implement structured repayment plans for customers facing financial difficulties while minimising risks.
  

• Collaborate with the recovery team for escalated payment defaults and repossession when necessary.
  

• Assess customers' financial health and identify early warning signs of potential defaults.
  

• Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures including payment restructuring or recovery actions.
  

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and regulatory guidelines.
  

• Provide regular updates to the Senior Relationship Officer on portfolio health and key challenges.
