The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership to strengthen market positioning, drive innovation, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth across all business units. This role calls for a tech-savvy, commercially astute, and creatively driven leader who can balance visionary thinking with disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive accelerated organic growth and margin expansion to enhance overall business profitability.
• Future-proof the organization by improving operational efficiency, scalability, and return on capital employed.
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across all functions to ensure high service standards, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Leverage data, creativity, and digital transformation to optimize revenue growth and margin performance.
• Lead the development of insight-led, branded consumer experiences through contemporary advertising and marketing solutions.
• Build organizational agility, foster innovation, and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, service partners, and global collaborators.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 15+ years of leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior executive roles, within advertising, marketing communications, or related industries, with international exposure.
• Strong understanding of African consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and regional market dynamics.
• A balanced blend of creative leadership, commercial acumen, and digital transformation expertise.
• High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and strong thought leadership presence.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (required).
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: USD 90,000 – 120,000 (commensurate with experience)
