Studio One is a forward-thinking digital product agency. We design, build, and manage high-performance websites, mobile apps, and custom AI agents. We empower businesses globally through world-class UI/UX design, modern web & mobile development, tailored AI automation frameworks, and hands-on team workshops.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, modern Sales Expert to take complete ownership of our client acquisition pipeline. Your primary goal is to proactively find, engage, and close high-value B2B clients who need our digital services. You will run the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and creative outreach to discovery calls, proposal negotiation, and final closing.

In 2026, sales is about leverage. We expect you to be highly proficient in using modern AI tools and automation to accelerate your workflows, personalize your outreach at scale, and maximize your closing rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify ideal client profiles (businesses, startups, and enterprises needing design, apps, websites, or AI solutions).
  • AI-Accelerated Outreach: Utilize 2026-standard AI tools (e.g., AI lead scraping, automated email personalization, AI voice/text follow-ups, and CRM agents) to scale outbound campaigns while maintaining a hyper-personalized touch.
  • Consultative Pitching & Discovery: Lead high-value discovery calls. Understand client bottlenecks, present Studio One’s capabilities, and clearly articulate the ROI of our tech solutions.
  • Deal Closing: Masterfully define project scope alongside the technical team, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close contracts to ensure a steady stream of active projects.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, AI-assisted CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and transparent reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₦250,000 per month
  • Uncapped Commission: 10% commission on the total project value for every paying client you successfully close.

Performance Targets: The "3x to 5x Rule"

To ensure mutual growth and success, this role operates under the 3x to 5x Rule for sales targets. As a baseline KPI, you are expected to generate closed revenue equivalent to 3 to 5 times your base compensation every month (i.e., bringing in a minimum of ₦750,000 to ₦1,250,000 in closed project value monthly).

Probationary Period Clause

This position includes a standard 2-Month Probationary Period. During these first 60 days, we will evaluate your lead generation strategies, proficiency with modern AI sales tools, culture fit, and ability to meet the "3x to 5x Rule" targets. Successful completion of the probationary period will result in full, permanent confirmation of your role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B service or tech sales (preferably selling agency services, software, SaaS, or high-ticket marketing).
  • AI-Native Workflow: You don't just send manual emails. You know how to use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude for messaging, AI prospecting algorithms, AI meeting note-takers, etc.) to do the work of 5 people.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical services (like AI integration and app development) in simple, persuasive business terms.
  • A Closer's Mindset: You are resilient, autonomous, target-driven, and highly motivated by uncapped commissions.
