Sales and Marketing Manager

Sebore International Farms FZE is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our globally recognized, Dairy products-focused team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving our business growth and success by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, sales operations, and leading our passionate Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, setting quotas, goals, and territories
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts
• Leverage customer feedback to inform product development and business strategy decisions
• Budget and financial management, including developing marketing and sales budgets and ensuring they align with overall business objectives

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Proven capability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics
• BSc/BA in Business or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering sales results, optimizing ROI, and performance metrics
• Ability to analyze market research data and apply those insights to marketing strategies
