In a few short years, after launching a revolutionary platform and Mobile App for on-demand football, the company has amassed over 50,000 registered users playing hundreds of games a week. It has solved the problem that football is the world's #1 sport, but is difficult for an individual to play. Stranger Soccer makes it as easy as going to the gym or for a jog. Browse. Book a slot. Today, it is the #1 way people play football and futsal in Singapore, and is rapidly expanding internationally via a license partner model with locations in Australia, India, USA, UAE, and South Africa, and growing fast.  

  

Role  

The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the CEO, Executive Director, as well as a small global team. 

He or she will have overall ownership of supporting the license sales process, including:

  • Overseeing the lead generation process and channels, ensuring the targeted number of leads come in 
  • Maintaining and updating the license pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, setting appointments, and reporting. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover to License Success once a new partner is signed. 
  • Manage other ad hoc projects and workstreams as directed.
  • Experience in international B2B sales: lead generation and pipeline management 
  • Experience in international license or FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT  

 

  • Experience in other project management and administrative work 
  • Excellent English communication skills  
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service 
  • Positive attitude and team player  
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma  

 

  • Interest in football is a BIG PLUS  
  • Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS 
  • Hospitality experience a PLUS 
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, and/or Slack a PLUS 
  • Experience supervising others a PLUS (if and as the team grows) 

 

Other Details  

Position will be virtual (e.g., based in Philippines) with occasional travel to Singapore.  

Pay: Php 30,000 - 40,000 per month
