ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is looking for proactive and driven Towing Contracts Hunters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new contract opportunities in the towing industry. Your primary goal will be to expand our portfolio of service contracts, creating mutually beneficial partnerships with businesses and organizations seeking reliable towing assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and opportunities for towing service contracts.
  • Develop strategies to approach and engage target clients, showcasing our towing services and unique offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery as contracts are secured.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on contract acquisition progress.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or contract acquisition, preferably in the towing or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of negotiation processes and contract terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor contract proposals accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
