Accountabilities:
- Develop deep knowledge of the company’s products and offerings to identify profitable opportunities in the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.
- Lead the creation and management of strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities.
- Design and implement a business strategy aimed at attracting leading clients and high-value partners.
- Research, prioritize, and build a world-class business pipeline of potential collaborators and income streams.
- Negotiate and execute agreements with partners to drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with organizational goals and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Web3, crypto, or blockchain business development.
- Extensive network within the Web3/Crypto industry.
- Strong understanding of NFTs, blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and tokenomics.
- Proven experience in building and running structured sales processes in fast-growing companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, global team environment.
