Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth desk research focusing on community needs, sector-specific priorities, donor preferences, and applicable policy frameworks.
  
• Assist in designing assessment instruments, interview protocols, and foundational materials for data collection.
  
• Synthesize and organize insights derived from stakeholder consultations, field assessments, published reports, and secondary sources.
  
• Draft clear research briefs, contextual background documents, and evidence-based summaries to guide program development.
  
• Identify potential implementation gaps, operational risks, key stakeholder groups, and viable approaches for project execution.
  
• Leverage research outcomes to formulate program concepts, define objectives, outline activities, and establish expected results.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper citation of all research materials and data utilized in official documents.
  
• Adhere strictly to protocols regarding confidentiality, safeguarding, informed consent, and data protection.
