Retail Runner

• Assist the retail team in achieving optimal client experience
  
• Prepare fitting rooms with requested items
  
• Maintain fitting rooms in between clients
  
• Prepare new items/deliveries for display in the store
  
• Assist in labeling of items in the store
  
• Assist in visual merchandising of the store
  
• Maintain the ambiance of the store
  
• Stock all service stations with required items
  
• Transport merchandise from inventory to shop floor as required
  
• Respond promptly to customers’ requests, communicating requests to sales
  
• associates as needed
  
• Communicate with sales team to assure efficient customer service
  
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures
  
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Retail Manager
  
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  
• Excellent organization, planning and coordination skills
  

• Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate
  
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  

• Must be organized and comported

• Must demonstrate good judgment
  
• Must have a friendly personality.
