Rider / Dispatch Rider

As a Rider at Cabvibe, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of items to customers across Abuja. You will represent the company on the field, maintain strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the smooth operations of our logistics service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver items to customers promptly and safely
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
• Report any road incidents or vehicle issues to the operations team
• Ensure proper handling and safety of goods in transit
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bike

• Education: Minimum qualification of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate)
• Experience: Previous delivery or dispatch experience is an added advantage
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English and at least one local language (e.g. Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo)
• Other Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Abuja road network
  • Basic smartphone operation (for app use and navigation)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
