Job Description - Sales Advisor (Automobiles)

Description

Are you passionate about automobiles? Do you have a knack for selling? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Catilas Resources Limited. As a Sales Advisor (Automobiles), you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent service and guidance throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our automobile products, features, and benefits

2. Proactively approach potential customers at our dealership or through cold calling and networking

3. Identify and understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend suitable automobile options

4. Assist customers with test drives and demonstrations of automobiles

5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings

7. Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information

8. Maintain sales records and prepare reports on sales activities

9. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

10. Provide after-sales support and assistance to customers as needed



Requirements
  • Previous experience in automobile sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of automobile products, features, and benefits
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
