The Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring new customers by promoting fiber broadband internet services. The role involves field sales, customer education, and closing subscriptions while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas.
Promote and sell fiber broadband internet services to residential and business customers.
Educate customers on available packages, pricing, and installation processes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately capture customer information and submit sales documentation.
Follow up with customers to ensure successful installation and activation. Provide market feedback and customer insights to supervisors
Requirements
Previous experience in fiber telecom, broadband, or ISP sales is an added advantage
Strong field sales and customer engagement experience.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
