Summary: The Sales and Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of Jirade Diadem Global Limited by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This position is essential for achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement, contributing to the company’s long-term success through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote the company’s products and services through various marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Generate leads and follow up on enquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients when required.
Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and activations.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience and timely service delivery.
Manage and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns where necessary.
