Job Description - Sales and Operations Executive

The Sales & Operations executive provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to the sales and operations department. This role is essential in driving sales efficiency, managing business operations, project management, ensuring smooth order processing, supporting customer engagement, customer service, vendor management and contributing to business growth through data analysis and cross -functional collaboration.


 Responsibilities:

1.Identifying potential leads, researching prospects, and assisting with lead generation activities.

2. Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing by sending quotes/invoices and fulfillment of customer orders.

4. Help analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

5. Provide administrative support, including maintaining sales and customer databases, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote our products or services.

7. Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

8. Work closely with cross -functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

9. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events to enhance your professional development and understanding of our business operations

10. Manage vendor/partner relationships.

11. Undertake ad -hoc projects and assignments as assigned.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a sales support, operations, CRM, or customer success role is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Zoho applications and Pricing such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or Zoho Campaigns is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Ability to generate, update, and manage leads, contacts, deals, and reports within Zoho CRM.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills to support customers and internal teams across multiple channels (email, phone, chat).

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and technical teams to optimize Zoho -based workflows.
