Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on makeup products, skincare, and beauty tools.
  
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge, offering recommendations, and upselling complementary products.
  
• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked.
  
• Maintain visual standards and cleanliness of the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and correctly.
  
• Stay updated on new products, trends, and techniques, and participate in ongoing training sessions provided by the company.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
  
• Provide feedback to the store manager about customer preferences, inventory needs, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
