Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and convert new B2B clients in relevant industries
• Understand client technical needs and recommend the right engineering solutions
• Prepare and present compelling technical-commercial proposals
• Lead bid/tender processes and negotiate deals
• Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence
• Maintain CRM records and report on sales performance
Job Requirements:
• First degree in any Engineering or Science-related field
• 2-3 years proven experience in technical sales or EPC-related business development
• Strong understanding of engineering products, procurement cycles, and project bidding
• Effective communication of customers needs to the sales support team
• Understanding of Manufacturing Systems and facilities
• Ability to manage a list of existing customers via follow-up, networking, and other innovative means of developing the business
• Having driving skills could provide an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel as needed
