Job Description - Sales Executive


Vacancy: SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Magodo phase 2 (applicant must reside around Magodo or environs)

Are you eloquent, sales-driven, and confident in your appearance? Do you have proven experience in sales and a passion for closing deals?

Our client is wellness Centre that empowers lives to achieve optimal health through holistic, science-based care. Services include hormonal health support, fertility enhancement, weight management, and stress prevention, with a unique blend of African herbal traditions and modern medicine.

This client is hiring a full time onsite Sales Executive to join the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and persuasive individual who is passionate about delivering results.

Responsibilities:

 Effectively manage relationships with existing customers

 Develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain existing customer base

 Identify and secure business opportunities for the organization

 Collaborate with Sales team lead to secure, retain and grow accounts through

understanding clients’ needs

 Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets through effective competitor’s research and business environment analysis

 Prepare/submit weekly report on sales and competition activities

 Organize and execute trade visits/calls

 Follow-up with on-line lead generation

 Establish customers’ needs and selling allocated products accordingly

 Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities

 Organize meetings with prospective clients and making product demonstrations

Requirements:



  • Minimum of 3-4years post-NYSC experience in a sales or marketing



  • Must be medically inclined.



  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



  • Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused



  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively



  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and CRM tools



  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Salary: N200,000 gross plus a very attractive commission.
