About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading player in the construction materials and chemicals sector, known for delivering innovative solutions across large-scale infrastructure and building projects. With a commitment to quality, technical excellence, and operational efficiency, they are expanding their sales team to support further market penetration across Nigeria.
This full-time role is based in Nigeria and is only open to candidates in Lagos or Abuja. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and has a solid understanding of construction products and customer relationship management. Candidates with a strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Present product features and value propositions clearly and persuasively, particularly in flooring and waterproofing systems.
Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients and decision-makers.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to share insights, leads, and opportunities.
Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market intelligence.
Ensure proper follow-up, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within construction, building materials, or technical products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, consultative approach to sales.
Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
Comfortable managing client expectations and handling objections.
Passionate about business growth and customer satisfaction.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
Strong leadership potential and team collaboration skills.
