Sales Executive Diagnostic & Lab Solutions (Lagos Mainland)

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos State
Industry: Healthcare Sales / Diagnostic & Laboratory Equipment
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Experience: 2-3 years
Monthly Salary: 120,000 (Net)
Transport Allowance: 30,000
Commission: Attractive, performance-based

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales of diagnostic, laboratory, and medical equipment across Lagos Mainland. This role is well-suited for individuals with a science-based academic background (e.g., Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or Biomedical Technology) and 2-3 years of proven sales or business development experience ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, technical products, or FMCG.

The ideal candidate is a young, proactive self-starter who combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell diagnostic and lab equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers

  • Identify new leads, present tailored solutions, and convert prospects into paying clients

  • Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline in the Lagos Mainland area

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through consistent client engagement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

  • Collaborate with technical support and internal teams to ensure seamless client service

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Technology, or related life science field

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in medical/diagnostic or B2B environments)

  • Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently

  • Must be based in or able to commute daily to Lagos Mainland
