We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales of diagnostic, laboratory, and medical equipment across Lagos Mainland. This role is well-suited for individuals with a science-based academic background (e.g., Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or Biomedical Technology) and 2-3 years of proven sales or business development experience ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, technical products, or FMCG.
The ideal candidate is a young, proactive self-starter who combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
Promote and sell diagnostic and lab equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers
Identify new leads, present tailored solutions, and convert prospects into paying clients
Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline in the Lagos Mainland area
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients
Build and nurture long-term relationships through consistent client engagement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborate with technical support and internal teams to ensure seamless client service
HND/B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Technology, or related life science field
2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in medical/diagnostic or B2B environments)
Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Highly self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
Must be based in or able to commute daily to Lagos Mainland
Competitive salary: 120,000 net/month
30,000 monthly transport allowance
