We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in inverter systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of inverter systems, excellent sales skills, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for inverter systems.
Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Conduct detailed needs assessments for prospective clients and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of inverter systems, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Experience / Qualifications / skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the inverter systems or related industry.
Strong technical understanding of inverter systems and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in B2B sales within the energy or electrical industry.
Technical certification or training related to inverter systems.
Established network of contacts within the industry.
Familiarity with renewable energy solutions and their market dynamics
