Our client, a financial services institution, is seeking a Sales Lead, Retail Banking to drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue growth across retail banking products. The role requires strong leadership capability and a proven sales track record within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead retail banking sales initiatives and customer acquisition strategies
  

• Drive deposit mobilization and growth of retail banking products
  

• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business targets
  

• Manage and coach sales officers to achieve individual and team targets
  

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  

• Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports
  

• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve customer experience
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail banking sales or business development
  

• Strong background in customer acquisition and deposit mobilization
  

• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver against sales targets
  

• Sound knowledge of retail banking products and regulations
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
