· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for passenger transport, logistics, or fleet services.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities including corporate transport partnerships, ticketing agents, and institutional clients.
· Lead and supervise the sales team, agents, and marketers across all terminals or service areas.
· Design and implement campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers to boost customer acquisition.
· Build strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
· Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to inform business decisions.
· Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
· Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.

· Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and industry meetings as required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in transportation industry.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and Nigerian transport industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); CRM tools is a plus.
· Leadership ability to manage field sales teams and agents.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem -solving skills.
· Must be self -motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
