Hiring: Sales Manager – Industrial Compressors (B2B)

Location: Apapa, Nigeria

Salary: USD 3000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B Industrial Compressor Sales. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge and the ability to guide customers in selecting the right compressor solutions based on their operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth of industrial compressors in B2B segments

* Identify and develop new business opportunities

* Manage key industrial clients and build long -term relationships

* Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable compressor solutions

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

* Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

â Candidate Requirements

* 6+ years of relevant experience in B2B Compressor Sales

* Strong technical understanding of industrial air compressors

* Experience working with leading compressor manufacturers.

* Experience working with authorized dealers of the above brands is also preferred

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

* Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills
