Sales Manager - Pre -Owned Watches

The Sales Manager – Pre-Owned Watches will lead the growth and commercial development of the Company's pre-owned watches business. The role will drive sales, develop sourcing opportunities, build customer relationships and ensure the overall commercial performance of the category.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for pre-owned watches.

• Identify and develop opportunities to source pre-owned watches.
  
  


• Build relationships with collectors, HNWIs, VICs and other potential sellers.
  
  


• Manage the buying/sourcing pipeline and customer acquisition process.
  
  


• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio.
  
  


• Lead sales negotiations and high-value transactions.
  
  


• Monitor market prices, trends and competitor activity.
  
  


• Work with relevant teams to ensure proper product authentication, valuation and documentation processes.
  
  


• Develop marketing and promotional opportunities for pre-owned watches.
  
  


• Monitor inventory, pricing and sell-through.
  
  


• Prepare sales forecasts and commercial reports.
  
  


• Lead and develop the pre-owned sales team where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  
  


• 7–10 years' experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium sales.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of luxury/pre-owned watch markets.
  
  


• Proven experience in high-value transactions.
  
  


• Established relationships with collectors, HNWIs and/or luxury watch clients is highly desirable.
