Job Description
To identify New Business opportunities within territory and take advantage of it towards increasing Sales Volume and Monthly Target.
Monthly growth in the number of distributors registered into the business.
Weekly Data gathering relative to the Market and competitors.
Developing distributorship Channel as well as maintaining the existing ones.
Engaging daily in intensive sales drive within the territory.
Interface between the company, distributor, retailers and customers.
Ensure the achievement of sets objective and target for the territory.
Weekly reporting of all Sales activities within the territory to line manager stating achievements, challenges and recommendations.
Create, drive and manage all customers towards attaining and surpassing targeted sales volume and Market share.
Execute marketing program towards meeting targeted volume and market share.
Ensure the sales of all company’s product, identifying and attending to customer’s needs.
Qualification & Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification/ND in any field with 4years & above practical experience in Plastic Sales, Marketing and Distribution.
