Requirements
Product Demonstration & Promotion:
Clearly present and explain the features, benefits, and product differences of
various phone screen protectors (e.g., tempered glass, privacy screens, curved
edge protectors) and related accessories.
Customer Engagement:
Approach customers proactively, respond to inquiries, assess their needs, and
recommend the most appropriate screen protection solutions.
Sales & Targets:
Achieve or surpass assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
Promotional Activities:
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and pop -up locations to enhance
visibility and attract new customers.
Reporting:
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, feedback, and
stock levels. Provide timely daily or weekly reports to management.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about new products, features, and market trends to serve as a
knowledgeable resource to customers.
REQUIREMENT:
Educational Background:
Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent; a background in Marketing
or related fields is an added advantage.
Sales Experience:
Previous experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service is
beneficial.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer Focus:
Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored product
recommendations.
Target -Driven:
Comfortable in a performance -based environment and committed to meeting
targets.
Teamwork & Initiative:
Able to work independently and collaboratively, while taking initiative to
support overall sales performance.
Technical Awareness:
Basic understanding of mobile phone models and common screen protection
products is an advantage (optional).
