Sales Promoter

Key Responsibilities

• Product Demonstration & Promotion:
  
  Present and explain the features, benefits, and differences between phone screens (e.g., tempered glass, privacy screens, curved -edge protection) and related accessories to customers.
  

• Customer Engagement:
  
  Actively approach customers, answer questions, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable phone screen solutions.
  

• Sales & Targets:
  
  Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  

• Promotional Activities:
  
  Represent the business at events, trade shows, or pop -up locations to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  

• Reporting:
  
  Record customer interactions, sales transactions, feedback, and inventory needs. Submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
  

• Product Knowledge:
  
  Stay up to date on new phone screen products, features, and industry trends to act as a trusted expert for customers.
  

Requirements

Requirements & Skills

• Educational Background:
  
  Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Marketing or related field preferred).
  

• Sales Experience:
  
  Prior experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  

• Communication:
  
  Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Customer Focus:
  
  Strong ability to understand customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
  

• Target -Driven:
  
  Comfortable working in a performance -oriented environment and focused on achieving targets.
  

• Teamwork & Initiative:
  
  Works well independently and as part of a team; takes initiative to help improve sales performance.
  

• Basic Tech Knowledge:
  
  Familiarity with mobile phone models and common screen protection products is a plus (optional).
