Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Receive phone calls and reply to messages
Converse and convert customers through all our social media platforms
Attend to Walk-in and Online customers
Take pictures and videos of our products for marketing to customers
Do presentation videos of products and how to use
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Receive and process customer orders
Post on our social media accounts
Readiness to learn.
An energetic, happy, and playful personality is preferable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Must reside in ikeja and its environment
