The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of field sales agents responsible for promoting and selling fiber broadband services. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on sales experience in fiber telecom, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and motivate field sales agents to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Plan and execute sales strategies for fiber broadband products within assigned territories.
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports. Conduct ride-alongs, field assessments, and on-the-job training to improve sales effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Handle escalated customer issues and support agents in closing high-value deals.
Collaborate with management on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and territory expansion.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 yearsâ experience in sales, with at least 1â2 years in fiber telecom or broadband sales.
Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
Strong knowledge of fiber broadband products, installation processes, and customer onboarding.
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in the field and manage multiple locations.
