Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth.
This is a full-time remote role.
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships.
Additionally, the Sales Team Lead will collaborate with marketing and finance departments to ensure alignment and optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills: ability to analyze sales data and trends
Team Management: experience in managing and leading a sales team
Customer Service: strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales: proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
