Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Project Manager/Lead to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP HCM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within -budget delivery of high -quality solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP HCM, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans for SAP HCM projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure project goals are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
2. SAP HCM Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and testing plans.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants and internal IT teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs.
3. Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP HCM solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP HCM solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
4. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of SAP HCM consultants and developers.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high -quality solutions.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure SAP HCM solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet organizational standards.
7. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and testing plans.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to stakeholders, including business users and IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven experience in managing SAP HCM projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP HCM, including configuration, development, and testing.
- Excellent project management skills, including scope management, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- SAP HCM certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM) is highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
