SAP-PM Consultant (Oil and Gas)

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP-PM Solution Design: Design and configure SAP-PM solutions to meet business requirements, specifically for the oil and gas industry.

2. Plant Maintenance Processes: Implement and support SAP-PM processes, including maintenance planning, scheduling and execution.

3. Project Implementation: Participate in SAP-PM project implementations including data migration, testing and training.

4. Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement specifically in the oil and gas industry.

5. Solution Development: Develop custom solutions using SAP-PM tools and technologies.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing and quality assurance activities.

7. Documentation and knowledge management: Create and maintain documentation, including design documents, test plans and user manuals.

8. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, project managers and technical teams.

9. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for SAP-PM solutions.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.

2. Experience: 7+ years experience in SAP-PM consulting, implementation and support, specifically in the oil and gas industry.

3. SAP-PM Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP-PM solutions including maintenance planning, scheduling and execution.

4. Oil and Gas Industry knowledge: Understanding of the oil and gas industry, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP-PM configuration, customization and development.

6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.

7. Certifications: SAP certification in SAP-PM or related modules.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, including plant maintenance and quality management modules.

2. Knowledge of SAP Leonardo: Understanding of SAP Leonardo, including machine learning, IoT, and blockchain.

3. Experience with SAP Fiori: Familiarity with SAP Fiori, including Plant Maintenance and Quality Management apps.
