Senior Business Analyst

• Support the ownership and implementation for special analytics and projects.
  


• Perform several tests on key business KPIs to spot trends for improved performance.
  


• Support the further improvement and development of the new bundle pricing
  


• Project work on customer analytics and segmentation to improve the sales pipeline.
  


• Project work on improving company data quality, improve data flows and data protection.
  


• Support the development and successful implementation of the company DWH.
  


• Advanced analytics to predict trends, discover patterns and improve IRR model assumptions.
  


• Support and develop strategic and tactical operational reports on existing projects costs and power metrics for the CEO, CTO, and investors.
  


• Host excel trainings and programming boot camps under the Company's analytics academy.
  


• Carry out other duties as assigned by CEO/Head, Analytics.
  


• Support in business performance and monitoring and advisory.
  


• Contribute to the improvement of the SS business model.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
  


• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or related firld
  


• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  


• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  


• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  


• Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel and Outlook
  


• A track record of following through on commitments
  


• Excellent planning, organizational and management skills
  


• Experience leading and developing top performing teams
  


• A history of leading and supporting successful project
  


• Excel – Full work proficiency
  


• SQL – working proficiency
  


• Python or R programing – working proficiency
