Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out potential clients who are interested in buying or selling foreign currencies by tele communication.
• Work towards achieving sales targets set by the company, meeting, or exceeding revenue goals on a regular basis.
• Strongly build and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service, understanding their currency exchange needs, and offering personalized solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the foreign exchange market, including currency pairs, exchange rates, market trends, and factors influencing currency fluctuations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients and stay informed about global economic developments, geopolitical events, and other factors.
• Educate clients about the benefits and risks of currency exchange, as well as the various products and services available to them.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, always maintaining integrity and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

• Live in Nigeria.
• Speaks English
• Experience in the Forex business or a minimum of one-year tele communication is considered desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, a proven ability to work under pressure and build ongoing relationships.
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a team and adaptable to company changes.
