Job Description - Senior Governance Consultant

The Structure HQ is one of Africa's leading legal and company secretarial firms based in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide advisory and governance services to investors, small business owners, families, and individuals. Our services include legal advisory, contract drafting and review, company secretarial services, regulatory government affairs, and nominee trustee service. We're excited to engage with entrepreneurs and investors from all around the world.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Governance Consultant. The Senior Governance Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on governance matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial duties. They will review and draft legal documents, and oversee corporate compliance. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and providing strategic advice on corporate governance issues.

Requirements

LL.B, ICSAN, LL.M(If possible) with 6 years of experience. This role is open to all genders.
