Key Responsibilities:

* Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires within the banking sector.

* Administer employee relations, ensuring that all staff concerns and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

* Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and career development programs.

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

* Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

* Support compensation and benefits management, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.

* Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

* Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.

* Ensure the companys HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with significant experience in the banking sector.

* Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

* Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

* A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Must be smart, presentable, and professional.

* Ready to resume immediately.
