Senior Product Manager

Raenest is financial technology company that optimizes accounts receivable and expenses for startups and freelancers with global bank accounts and simplified multi currency invoicing.

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the key features, milestones, and timelines for the product.

Requirements Gathering: Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for the product.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competing products and inform product strategy.

Release Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases, including prioritizing features and managing dependencies.

User Experience: Work with design teams to ensure a great user experience for the product, including usability testing and user research.

Metrics and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and inform future product decisions.

Communication: Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers.

Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Senior Product Manager typically have several years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products. 

5-7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Candidates should also have experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders

Recent experience working in a fintech, cross-border payment or neo-bank.
