Senior Software Developer

• Design, develop, and implement high -quality software solutions aligned with business needs.
  
• Lead projects involving web applications, payment gateways and Direct Debit functionalities to ensure secure, reliable integration.
  
• Manage and optimize Zoho Ecosystem tools and integrations for business processes.
  
• Serve as the technical lead for the integration and optimization of Angaza’s platform within Koolboks' system.
  
• Provide mentorship and support to junior and entry -level developers.
  
• Oversee code quality, security protocols, and best practices across all projects.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  
• Deep knowledge of API integration and security best practices.
  
• Experience in end -to -end payment gateway management, including Direct Debit solutions and web applications.
  
• Skilled in optimizing and maintaining Zoho -based workflows and data management.
  
• Proficiency in working with cross -functional teams and balancing multiple priorities.
  
• Commitment to creating scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions that drive business impact.
  

Requirements

1. Experience: 4+ years in software development with a proven track record in leading teams and projects.
   
2. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in programming languages such as Python, React, JavaScript, PHP, and relevant frameworks.
   
3. Specialized Experience: Strong familiarity with Angaza, Zoho Ecosystem, and payment gateway APIs, specifically Direct Debit functionalities.
   
4. Problem -Solving: High -level analytical and problem -solving skills.
   
5. Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills with experience mentoring junior team members.
   
6. Adaptability and Drive: Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to Koolboks’ operations.
