Shortlet Manager

• Overseeing all aspects of Shortlet operations
  


• Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and resolve guest issues overall for guest satisfaction.
  


• Pursue new sales opportunities through digital marketing, social media, and online platforms.
  


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing guests.
  


• Collate the apartments and guests' data.
  


• Prepare and present sales/occupancy report and performance metrics.
  

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in any social discipline only. Candidates with an ND Degree should have a Hospitality or Real Estate degree.
  


• A minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in the Hospitality or Real Estate Industry.
  


• Strong communication skills: Written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  


• A service persona for guest service excellence.
  


• Strong networking and customer relationship skills
