The Site Engineer supervises day-to-day construction activities, ensuring technical compliance, proper sequencing of works, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities

⢠Supervise site operations and construction execution.
⢠Prepare and review method statements and work procedures.
⢠Ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
⢠Monitor productivity, materials usage, and workforce performance.
⢠Coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
⢠Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
⢠Maintain site records and progress reports.
⢠Support quality and safety compliance.
Requirements
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
4- 6+years experience in road or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.
Technical Supervision: Ability to translate complex IFC (Issue for Construction) drawings into field execution without supervision.
Asphalt Quality Control: Hands-on experience with asphalt laying, ensuring correct temperature, thickness, and compaction.
Labor Management: Proven ability to manage large gangs of site workers and subcontractors to meet weekly linear meter targets.
