Summary:

The Social Media & Content Associate plays a vital role in amplifying Hairitage Hub’s digital presence by developing and managing compelling content that resonates with our audience. This position is central to building brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and showcasing client transformations and salon experiences across key platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media dynamics in the beauty and wellness space. By supporting content creation, campaign execution, and audience interaction, the associate helps drive engagement, grow our online community, and support business goals through strategic digital storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Support content planning and execution for promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and salon activities
Capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage, client transformation stories, and service highlights
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media
Actively engage with followers to build a loyal and interactive online community
Monitor emerging trends in beauty, wellness, and hair care to inform content strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to generate brand-aligned content ideas and ensure messaging consistency
Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and content performance
Support digital visibility initiatives including influencer collaborations, hashtag campaigns, and paid content efforts
