Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media & Content Officer to manage and grow our brand's presence across all major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, and converting digital audiences into loyal customers. This is a fully onsite role located in Lekki, and only candidates willing to work from the office daily should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers

• Grow and manage the companys online community and track analytics to measure performance

• Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and conversions

• Work with the design and marketing teams to create compelling visuals and video content

• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, design, and strategy

• Prepare monthly reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and represents the company professionally

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field

• 2-3 years proven experience managing corporate social media accounts

• Solid knowledge of content creation, audience engagement, and growth strategies

• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

• Strong copywriting, graphic design, and video editing skills are a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be creative, proactive, and up to date with current social media trends

• Resides within Lekki or can reliably commute to Lekki daily
