The Company is seeking to hire an experienced Social Media & Content Officer who will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across the companyâs digital platforms. The role supports brand visibility, audience engagement, and communication objectives through consistent, high\-quality content and effective social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
Write, edit, and proofread content including captions, articles, newsletters, and website copy.
Manage day\-to\-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to engagement.
Create simple visual content using design tools (e.g., Canva or similar).
Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
Stay up to date with social media trends and digital best practices.
Support campaigns, events, and employer\-branding initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and storytelling ideas.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelorʼs degree in Communication, Marketing, Media, or in any related field.
1 year of experience as a Social Media & Content Officer in any industry.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
